Cheryl graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas with a double major that included Recreation and Leisure. In 1990, she started a small home based balloon and centerpiece business. Through word of mouth, the company grew and expanded to cover all aspects of event planning. A Personal Touch moved to 40 Franklin Avenue in Pearl River in 2007.
Cheryl is efficient, organized and easy to work with. She will handle every aspect of your event, or just assist with the details, such as centerpieces or balloons.
